Nanjing TOUA Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 301125), a subsidiary of Nanjing TOUA Industrial Group Co., Ltd., was founded in 2000. Its headquarters is located at No. 6 Zhidao Road, Jiangning District, Nanjing. The company specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of power tools as well as mid-to-high-end architectural hardware products. Its product portfolio includes gas-powered tools, pneumatic tools, electric tools, garden tools, and structural components such as vents, access doors, and floor supports. Products are exported to Japan, Europe, Australia, South America, India, West Asia, and other regions worldwide.

The company operates three production facilities in Jiangning (Nanjing), Bowang (Ma'anshan), and Haimen (Nantong), covering a total area of approximately 270 mu (180,000 m²) with a combined floor space of about 240,000 square meters.
